Hospitality: Restaurants and Hotel Projects
MPW is an experienced MEP engineering partner in the design consultation and service of hospitality stand-alone projects and multi-site hotel and restaurant programs throughout the United States. From high-rise boutique hotels to national fast-food chains, our resourceful team of nearly 70 engineers can quickly engage any size project and collaborate with architects, owners and staff to bring together detailed MEP documentation and integrate the entire solution.
We fit into our partners processes, aligned with their goals to work fast and work smart. Having served hundreds of clients and projects throughout the U.S., there are few challenges that we haven’t seen, from hundred-year-old renovations to the latest and greenest environments – our team provides sustainable solutions for new brand concepts including strategies for meeting LEED targets and retrofitting facilities with efficient and compliant solutions.
Restaurants, for example, have intensive energy requirements: refrigeration, air conditioning, cooking, waste, lighting and water heating can consume 80% of the energy resources. The function and performance, not to mention profit of the facility, depend on efficient mechanical and electrical systems that are seamlessly integrated with the environment, without compromise to the brand or the architectural design.
MPW engineers are experienced at anticipating energy demands, evaluating details about the environment and the performance requirements of new brand concepts or retrofit facilities.
The size and depth of our organization offers our client an agile partner with the expertise AND capacity to meet the client and the project on their terms and their deadlines.
